• Notice of Open Solicitation - Notice announcing the Open Solicitation process for the RioSol Transmission project, providing high level information on the Project, Open Solicitation process, and other important information.

• Open Solicitation Webinar Recording - Recording of the December 18th, 2024, Open Solicitation Informational Webinar.

• Open Solicitation Webinar Presentation - Updated and final version of slides presented during the Open Solicitation Webinar.

• FAQ - Document compiling questions and answers from interested entities during the Open Solicitation process. Document will be regularly updated.

• Expression of Interest - Form for interested entities to complete and submit in order to be considered for bi-lateral negotiations for capacity on the Project. Must be submitted by February 7, 2025 to be considered.

• Request for Participation - Confidential information, including a more detailed Information Memo, a KMZ file of the project route, and a form Precedent Agreement will be available to interested entities who submit a Request for Participation form and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (which will be provided after receipt of a completed Request for Participation Form).
