In addition to gaining access to the project Information Memorandum, interested entities who submit a Request for Participation form and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement which will gain access to a KMZ file showing the project route as well as a form Precedent Agreement which will be used as a basis for negotiating long term firm point-to-point transmission service.
